Still supporting our community

Call us on 03) 9575 5333 for information about our services.

Connect Health & Community is still supporting our community during these challenging times.

We understand the need for our community stay connected to good health and are here to support your needs.

Despite the challenges of COVID-19, all our services remain open - offering either face-to-face or telehealth consultations.

Groups are still meeting and have been moved to either one-on-one or telehealth sessions to ensure COVID safe practices.

While our hydrotherapy pool is closed for renovations, our Hydrotherapy Groups have been moved to Glen Eira Aquatic Centre and are still running.

Our vital Community Transport service is also still running.

For more information on our services and their availability, please call us on 03) 9575 5333.
